Karin Werner began Werner Law Group LLC after a career as a senior counsel and an estate planning, trusts, and nonprofit organization lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP.  In establishing her own firm, Karin aims to provide value-centered estate planning and philanthropic counsel to families of all sizes.  She values one-on-one relationships with clients and the opportunity to create personalized plans based on each family’s assets.

Karin is a graduate of Duke University School of Law, cum laude, and earned her bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.  She is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and New York, and is a member of the American Bar Association’s exempt organizations subcommittee. Karin serves on the board of trustees of the University School of Milwaukee, Inc., and currently co-chairs their capital campaign.
